Matthew James - Welderholic

I am a 27-year-old Kiwi bloke who loves to be creative and work with his hands. The love for metal and my hands-on mentality lead to a career in engineering.

Six years ago, I had a bad motorbike accident that forbid me to work for three years. However, I didn't want to give up on doing what I love, so in 2017, I completed my apprenticeship and received the National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.

 

While being off work due to the accident, I started working on small projects in my mum's shed, discovering my passion for wood and metal art.
